I visited with very damaged nails after another salon had removed half of my nail bed with a drill. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and gave really thoughtful, tailored advice for improving my nail health. I left with beautiful nails and feeling much more confident. Regardless of the painful experience from waxing, I was very well looked after and had a lovely genuine chat with Jennifer which helped distract me during the moments them strips had to be pulled off and she is most definitely someone I feel I can talk to about anything.
